i’m sorry and i’m back!

I’m sorry for disappearing. I went through one of the most difficult times of my life so far, all right before my 20th birthday. I kept working out until mid August, then tried again in November but it all fell apart. I have one of the ugliest diets I’ve ever had, binge eating on junk food, drinking everyday and so on. I also haven’t lifted a weight since November or have I been back to my gym. I let the emotional get in the way of the physical.

But, now that some time has passed and 2012 has rolled around, I’m ready to start from scratch!

I’m going to start the Jamie Eason 12-Week LiveFit program, just in time for summer in late April-mid May! Once the initial 12-Weeks are done, I’m hoping to fill in the gap with another short 2-4 week program to rip me to shreds before I start summer vacation which means beach trips and bikinis day in and out. :)

Anyway, today I arranged my grocery shopping list and the phase 1 diet program. Tomorrow I’ll be ironing out the details of my daily meals, especially my packed lunches for school :)

sorry!

so i’ve been neglecting putting any personal posts here because of laziness. on the bright side, I haven’t been lazy at all to exercise!

Today is going to be my 3rd day following a hybrid 5x5 program following the routine in 4-Hour Body’s Freak to Geek routine and a standard full body workout from Bill Starr. I’ll post the exercises later after my workout this morning.

Last Tuesday’s Muay Thai session was on the intense side, and I’ll dedicate a post to that. I learned the flying knee! Well, mildly. It was in the middle of sparring.

what. the. fuck.
